Raised in a family deeply connected to construction and renovation, Christian developed a passion for the industry from a young age. Growing up around experienced builders gave him a strong understanding of craftsmanship, project coordination, and the importance of delivering spaces that truly improve the way people live.

Edwart Llanez - Senior Construction ManagerÂ
With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Edwart began his career working directly on-site as a builder, developing extensive knowledge across all aspects of residential construction and refurbishment.
His practical expertise and dedication to high standards remain at the core of every project. Edwart is actively present on-site throughout the building process, ensuring every detail is completed to the highest standard and that each project reflects the quality Grand Spaces Ltd is known for.
Geovanna Herrera - Project Manager & Administration
Geovanna plays a key role in both project coordination and the day-to-day administration of Grand Spaces Ltd. She helps ensure projects run smoothly behind the scenes by managing communication, organisation, scheduling, and client support throughout every stage of the process.
